(1) In 2008, the UK's grid rolling average conversion factor supplied by DEFRA was used for the first time, increasing our CO2 from electricity by ~25%. As of 2007 this figure includes data from 100% of our UK occupied properties. From 2010, this total includes Suffolk Life (occupied properties), Legal & General Surveying Services and Estate Agency Franchising offices (including voids).

(2) Employee numbers taken from average security headcount where available (recorded 11am) and from workstation numbers at smaller offices. UK Facilities controlled offices only.
